Job summary

Williams Lumber in High Falls, NY is looking for an Outside Salesperson to grow contractor accounts by visiting job sites and customer locations, driving sales, and expanding the customer base. You will support margins and coordinate with branch leadership to meet targets.

The role requires a strong knowledge of building materials and lumber, clean NYS driver license, and willingness to travel to customer sites. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
• At least three (3) years experience in sales and knowledge of building materials, lumber and construction trade.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and customer locations to service assigned accounts.
• Generate sales from existing customers and maintain project awareness.
• Seek new customers to expand the customer base.
• Maintain an acceptable gross margin to forecast.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve account issues and delivery accommodations.
