Job summary

Belkorp Ag, California’s premier John Deere dealership, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) in the Merced area. The role focuses on building key customer relationships, delivering equipment and service solutions, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.

You will spend significant time prospecting and visiting customers, developing territory plans, and coordinating field demonstrations to showcase capabilities and drive revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer relationship skills with current and future decision-makers.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key customer accounts through consultative selling and regular on-site visits.
• Leverage a consultative sales approach to deliver equipment, technology, and service solutions.
• Execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and market share in the territory.
• Drive equipment replacement cycles and cultivate future opportunities via long-term planning.
• Represent the company in the sale of equipment, parts, labor, and technology-based products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of customer needs, industry trends, and business goals to align solutions.
