Belkorp Ag, California's premier John Deere dealership, seeks an Outside Sales Rep for Compact Construction Equipment in the Merced region. This full-time exempt role focuses on managing key accounts, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service with a strong emphasis on field prospecting and on-site visits.

You will lead consultative selling, tailor solutions, and coordinate demonstrations while building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer relationship skills with current and future decision-makers.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow key customer accounts through consultative selling and regular on-site visits.
• Identify customer challenges and deliver equipment, technology, and service solutions.
• Execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize engagement and sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and market share in the territory.
• Drive equipment replacement cycles and cultivate future opportunities.
• Represent the company in sales of equipment, parts, labor, and services.
• Maintain knowledge of customer operations and industry trends to align solutions.
• Monitor competition and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate and deliver equipment field demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete sales and resolve issues.
• Engage with local/regional industry associations to build relationships.
