Rolling Suds Southwest Florida is expanding across Broward and Palm Beach Counties and seeks an energetic salesperson to grow our field sales footprint. You will visit commercial properties, meet decision-makers, and develop long-lasting relationships to drive exterior cleaning opportunities.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, an impressive OTE, and a company-branded truck with support from professional crews and training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own schedule.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit ~40 commercial properties per week to identify decision-makers and opportunities.
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, condo associations, and commercial owners.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for exterior cleaning services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline through follow-ups.
