Job summary

Rolling Suds Southwest Florida is expanding across Broward and Palm Beach Counties and seeks an energetic salesperson to grow our field sales footprint. You will visit commercial properties, meet decision-makers, and develop long-lasting relationships to drive exterior cleaning opportunities.

About Rolling Suds

Rolling Suds is one of the largest power washing franchise organizations in the country. We provide professional exterior cleaning services for shopping centers, HOAs, condominiums, apartment communities, commercial buildings and residential properties.

We're expanding across Broward and Palm Beach Counties and looking for an outgoing, energetic and highly motivated salesperson to help grow our business.

We already have the trucks, crews, equipment and operational support in place. We need someone who enjoys getting out into the community, meeting people and generating new business.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a hunter, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for leads.

This is a hands-on, field-based sales position. You'll spend most of your workweek visiting commercial properties, introducing yourself to decision-makers and developing new relationships.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoys meeting new people.
• Is confident approaching businesses without an appointment.
• Is competitive, self-motivated and excited about earning commissions.
• Handles rejection well and follows up consistently.
• Wants to build a territory through their own efforts.
• Is coachable, dependable and willing to learn.

You don't need 10 or 20 years of sales experience, if you have that much experience, this probably isn't the position for you. We're more interested in your energy, personality, work ethic and willingness to prospect than the length of your résumé.

This is not a sales management or desk-based position. It's an opportunity for someone who wants to be in the field, develop relationships and build a successful sales career.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 40 commercial properties per week to identify decision-makers and generate opportunities.
• Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, condominium associations, apartment communities and commercial property owners.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for exterior cleaning services.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet with incoming residential leads and close sales.
• Record prospecting activity, estimates and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Attend networking events, organize Lunch & Learns and develop referral partnerships.
• Work with our operations team to coordinate sold projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• $36,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commissions.
• $115,000 annual on-target earnings at 100% of first-year sales quota.
• Approximately 70% of total compensation is performance-based through commissions and bonuses at target.
• Additional commission opportunities for exceeding sales goals.
• $17,000 minimum total compensation guaranteed during the first three months while building your pipeline.
• Company-branded truck with fuel provided.
• Existing customers, active sales opportunities and incoming residential leads.
• Professional crews, equipment, training and operational support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required and the longer the sales career, the less desirable for us in this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with daily cold prospecting and face-to-face sales.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule.
• Organized and comfortable using CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Commercial sales is a relationship-driven business. Building a successful territory takes time, persistence and consistent daily activity.

We're not looking for someone who expects immediate results or wants to rely entirely on incoming leads. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing relationships and seeing the results of their hard work.
