Job summary

Fiserv is a global fintech leader supporting restaurants with Clover point-of-sale solutions. This Outside Sales Representative role is field-based in Des Moines, IA, focusing on face-to-face engagements with restaurant owners and restauranteurs to tailor Clover offerings and drive revenue.

You will build relationships, schedule hands-on demonstrations, and provide training to ensure successful implementations while maintaining high ethical standards and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
• 2 years of cold calling and prospecting experience.
• 2 years of independently generating leads.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Proactively engage with business owners and restauranteurs within Restaurant Depot, identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Schedule in-person appointments to demonstrate Clover and solutions for operations and revenue growth.
• Drive sales using deep product knowledge to educate on POS systems and online ordering; convert leads into clients.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training for smooth integration.
• Uphold Fiserv values and ethical standards in client and team interactions.
