Job summary

NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative in the El Paso area to directly engage small business owners in person, present NFIB’s mission, and invite them to join a national movement that advocates for entrepreneurs. This hunter/closer role follows a proven sales process with no post-sale account management.

We offer a W-2 position with full benefits after 30 days, up to 13 weeks of training pay (1,000/week or commission, whichever is greater), ongoing commissions, and uncapped earning

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be motivated, coachable, and growth-focused.
• Ability to engage owners in live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
