Professional Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to generate new business and grow existing accounts in the Carolinas. The role involves cold calls, lead follow-ups, and coordination of material deliveries, estimating from blueprints, and maintaining pricing and service commitments.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of sales experience in building materials, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of building materials industry and products.
• Ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements.
• Estimating from blueprints, calculator use.
• Experience in sales in building materials or related industry.
• Must be able to walk throughout yards, plants, and offices.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Provide existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.
• Assist with product selection for customer needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms, delivery dates, and service obligations.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
• Prepare and input orders as necessary.
• Inform company of competitive prices and market information.
• Maintain knowledge of sales vs. budget and margins.
