Job summary

Arizona Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate and secure new sales while maintaining existing accounts across Arizona and nearby markets.

You will promote, sell, and quote products, coordinate deliveries, estimate materials from blueprints, and communicate terms and service obligations to contractors.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of sales experience in building materials; 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry is required.
• Ability to estimate materials from blueprints and communicate quotes clearly.
• Must be able to walk job sites and work with contractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Provide existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.
• Assist with selecting products best suited to customer needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
• Prepare and input orders as necessary.
• Inform company of competitive prices, products, and area-related information.
• Maintain current knowledge of daily and monthly sales and their relation to budget and margin goals.
• Research and order special products as necessary.
• Adhere to Conflict of Interest or Non-Compete agreements if in place.
• Comply with attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
