Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years retail sales or merchandising experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with store managers and retail staff to drive sales.
• Sell displays, new items, and promoted products; maximize promoted items.
• Coordinate with distributors and retail operations to drive volume.
• Ensure price compliance and manage budget expenditures.
• Address out-of-stock issues and rotate stock to maintain shelves.
• Provide market insights to management.
