Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; paid B2B sales training from day one.
• Exceptional communication abilities and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; field-based role across St. Charles County.
• Strong determination to meet monthly revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Territory management: drive daily routes across St. Charles County, visiting local businesses.
• Prospecting & cold outreach: walk into commercial, industrial, and office businesses to present Express workforce solutions.
• Consultative selling: uncover staffing challenges, qualify accounts, and present tailored solutions.
• Closing & account growth: negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing relationships.
• Activity metrics: maintain weekly call volumes, set appointments, and follow up.
