This full-time, on-site role offers a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 with uncapped commissions and a first-year target of $65K+. Qualifications

• Self-starter mindset with resilience and ability to cold-call and meet business owners in person.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly in field settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel across St. Charles County.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory across St. Charles County visiting local businesses.
• Prospect and cold-call to introduce Express workforce solutions to owners and managers.
• Consultatively sell staffing services, qualify accounts, and present tailored solutions.
• Close deals, onboard new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain weekly call volumes and schedule face-to-face appointments.
