Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a Sales Service Representative in Naples, FL. You will support sales initiatives, manage SmartStock, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned region. The role requires merchandising expertise, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with the Sales Team to meet customer needs.

You will travel to convenience stores using your own vehicle, with competitive pay, benefits, and a schedule from Monday to Friday starting at 8am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Ability to travel to customer locations using personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Maintain and execute the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, merchandising).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and store compliance.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Find solutions to customer challenges with assistance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
