Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative in Tampa, FL to support strategic sales initiatives within the assigned region. You will work with the Sales Team to execute the SmartStock program, maintain relationships with customers, and ensure compliant, profitable merchandising and product presentation across stores.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, strong customer service, and the ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Manage the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering and merchandising).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date codes.
• Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure plan-o-gram compliance and proper store merchandising.
• Identify display opportunities and optimize visibility.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced and identified.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to solve customer challenges.
