Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative in Orlando to support strategic sales initiatives within the assigned region. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to implement SmartStock, maintain shelves, and build strong customer relationships.

The role focuses on merchandising, in-store execution, and responsive service to customers, vendors, and internal teams, with a driven, professional approach to drive business results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Execute the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Address customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and in-store compliance.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Collaborate to solve customer challenges with the team.
