Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute in-store promotions while aligning with retail strategies and brand standards.

You’ll develop merchandising, analytics, and relationship-building skills across a fast-paced consumer goods environment, with opportunities for advancement as the leading Home Depot partner.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle and insurance.
• Travel to assigned stores and occasional meetings/events; air travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions to boost awareness and sell-through.
• Use Power BI and data to drive merchandising decisions and store objectives.
