Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and other channels. You will be at the forefront of retail strategy, performing product demonstrations, merchandising, and customer engagement to grow TTI’s premier product lines.

You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and field marketing, with a strong emphasis on using Power BI to inform decisions and optimize in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and have a valid US driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to stores and events, including air travel when required.
• Multilingual abilities may be preferred depending on markets and needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot through best-in-class B2C sales and service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and improve in-store sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI analytics to drive decisions and optimize merchandising.
• Develop relationships with Home Depot associates and manage inventory levels.
