Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive in-store engagement at Home Depot and promote TTI brands like Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Vax across assigned markets. The role involves field events, product demonstrations, and close collaboration with store teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Personal vehicle and auto insurance required.
• Willingness to travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in retail environments.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Multilingual abilities preferred depending on market.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store and demo experiences at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute product demos, promotions, and store walks to drive sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and merchandising to maximize brand awareness and product presence.
• Use data analytics (Power BI) to optimize merchandising, inventory, and promotions.
