Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product lines at The Home Depot across nationwide locations. This role emphasizes in-store engagement, promotions, and brand storytelling to maximize sell-through and retailer partnerships.

You will leverage data analytics and field training to optimize merchandising, create impactful events, and develop deep knowledge of the retail landscape while expanding your sales and account management

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or consumer retail environments.
• Ability to engage customers and understand needs to drive product solutions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data-informed decision making using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandise; leverage Power BI insights to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, competition, and channels.
• Participate in TTI training program to work independently in assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to place products and drive growth.
