Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales and brand presence at one of our largest retail partners, The Home Depot. You will engage customers, conduct product demos, and lead promotions across assigned market locations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The role requires travel to store locations, vehicle ownership, and the ability to work nights/weekends as needed. Prior field sales or retail marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and personal vehicle/insurance.
• Ability to pass drug screen and MVR, plus travel to stores and meetings as required.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class field sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions and maximize impact in-store.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to enable in-store execution.
• Manage inventory through down-stocking and ensure timely reporting of tasks.
