Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive premier product lines at The Home Depot and enhance selling, account management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers, plan demos and store walks, and support marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness and sell-through while collaborating with store teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle/ reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting tools and moving displays; able to stand for long periods.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and optimal product placement; use data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
