BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Field Sales Manager who thrives on developing people, driving results, and building elite sales teams in the remodeling industry.

No project management or cold calling; you will lead a 5–10+ in-home reps, coach on closing, forecast revenue, manage CRM, and structure deals to deliver six-figure earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing sales teams in home improvement or remodeling.
• Track record leading high-performance sales reps.
• Proven ability to coach reps to six-figure performance.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and performance management skills.
• Experience running an events team (preferred).

• Lead and coach a team of 5-10+ in-home sales representatives.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve closing percentages and Net Sales per Lead.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent within the home improvement industry.
• Drive forecasting, CRM management, and sales reporting accuracy.
• Support reps with financing options, margin management, and deal structuring.

POSITION: Kitchen and Bath Field Sales Manager

COMPENSATION: Based Salary + High commission structure + Bonuses

We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Field Sales Manager who thrives on developing people, driving results, and building elite sales teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader in the remodeling industry who knows how to turn talented sales reps into consistent six-figure earners while maintaining accountability and a winning culture.

What You'll Do

• No Project Management
• No Cold Calling!
• Lead and coach a team of 5-10+ in-home sales representatives
• Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve closing percentages and Net Sales per Lead
• Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to revenue goals

Industry Expertise We're Looking For

• Strong background in kitchen, bath, or remodeling sales
• Experience with one-call close in-home sales environments
• Familiarity with CAD design platforms, CRM systems, and financing programs
• Deep understanding of margins, forecasting, and lead performance metrics

Minium Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing sales teams in home improvement or remodeling

• $150K-$300K OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
