The Field Sales Manager role with Florida Lottery is based in Tampa and reports to the District Manager. You will oversee Sales Representatives, drive retailer partnerships, and work in the field to meet district sales goals.

Occasional travel is required to support territory initiatives. Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring activities, training on scratch-off and draw products, and ensuring compliance with program rules.

Qualifications

• Supervises and evaluates the work of sales staff and manages schedules.
• Experience with retailer accounts and field sales activities.
• Willingness to travel and overnight trips as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
