Job summary

California Lottery is seeking a District Sales Supervisor to oversee a large sales team and support field operations in the Milpitas District Office. The role focuses on executing sales, marketing and merchandising programs across the region.

The incumbent will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, coordinate field activities, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals. This is a full-time, in-office position with travel across Santa Clara County.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising/managing a sales team.
• Route sales experience.
• Experience working with sales data and creating sales goals with measurable results.
• Experience conducting/leading presentations to sales customers.
• Experience merchandising products and promotional materials.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large group of District Sales Representatives and Route Sales Representatives.
• Recruit, select, train and evaluate staff in selling and promotional techniques.
• Assist Lottery Manager in implementing all sales, marketing and merchandising programs.
• Ensure field operations align with state policies and branding standards.
