Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Field Sales Agent and Trainer in Oklahoma to lead and mentor a growing sales team.

The role combines field-based client engagements with hands-on coaching to develop new representatives, drive production, and deliver protection solutions to local businesses and families. The ideal candidate will have outside sales or team leadership experience, be organized and goal-driven, and be willing to obtain Health & Life licensing within 90 days (fees reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days (fees reimbursed).
• Experience in outside sales or team leadership.
• Strong coaching and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
• Model high-performance sales behavior for new team members.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
• Support sales representatives with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
• Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
