True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Agent and Trainer in Texas, offering leadership growth and mentorship opportunities. You will coach and develop a team while driving production and delivering supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses.

You’ll mentor new hires, run in-person client meetings, and share product knowledge. Licensing in Health & Life is expected within 90 days, with reimbursement support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or team leadership.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with business owners and employees.
• Model high-performance sales behavior for new team members.
• Mentor new hires through onboarding and field training.
• Support sales reps with product knowledge and systems.
• Lead daily or weekly team huddles to align goals.
• Track production, forecast activity, and collaborate with leadership.
