PepsiCo, promoting the poppi line, is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead in-store execution across large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts in the West Palm Beach area. You will visit stores daily, coach teams, and drive brand growth, ensuring flawless market execution and strong retailer collaboration.

You will leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities, guide sales strategy, and participate in local drives and blitzes to help meet market development goals.

Qualifications

1+ years of CPG, food & beverage, or retail experience preferred.
Experience planning and executing sales strategies with strong in-store execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software.
Valid state's driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Drive in-store execution and brand growth within your territory and maximize upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and upcoming initiatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with retailers to grow the poppi brand.
Provide leadership and coaching to teams to deliver maximum market impact.
Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to support brand development and performance.
