Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Market Sales Manager to drive retail sales execution in the specified territory. This field-based role will manage large-format, convenience & gas, and away-from-home accounts, visiting stores daily to strengthen relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

You will lead and coach teams, collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales group, and leverage syndicated data to guide strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, Grocery)
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies including in-store execution
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth in assigned territory.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain retailer relationships to grow the brand.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams for maximum market impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to support brand development.
• Use syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local/regional sales drives and blitzes.
