Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Field Sales Manager in the United States to lead a team of sales representatives, drive volume and distribution objectives, and coach performance through planning, training, and execution.

You will conduct one-on-one meetings, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with HR on hiring and onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and addressing customer needs. Competitive compensation includes base salary, bonus, and benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum 5 years of related sales experience
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software
• Strong communication, diplomacy and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Analytic and reporting skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one meetings and coaches on goals.
• Develops performance improvement plans and conducts evaluations.
• Pre-plans sales periods with representatives and defines target accounts.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and resolves customer issues.
