Responsibilities

• Monitor sales volume and product mix for profitability.
• Oversee Sales Representatives and territories.
• Continue to call on accounts and engage in the sales territories daily.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the Sales Funnel process and accountability.
• Understand profit and loss and estimate profitability of products.
• Monitor market changes and recommend changes to equipment, personnel and inventory.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff; entertain and engage customers on travels.
• Enforce procedures to ensure quality of work by sales staff.
• Maintain customer contact with major accounts.
• Prepare annual budget and sales forecasts; comply with policies.
