Eagle Aluminum in Loretto, MN (Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area) is seeking a Director of Building Products Sales to lead our sales organization and accelerate revenue across regional distribution, specialty contractors, and strategic accounts.

Reporting to the President, you will guide RSMs and Account Managers, drive cadence, coach remote sellers, and expand trade channels. This full-time leadership role offers competitive base pay with uncapped incentives and a real opportunity to shape

Qualifications

8–10+ years of B2B sales experience.
3–5 years directly managing field/remote salespeople.
Industry background in building materials or related distribution.
Proven track record growing accounts and opening regional channels.
Process-driven leadership with strong CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead & develop the field team, mentoring RSMs and Account Managers with weekly cadence.
Drive revenue and channel expansion through regional account strategies.
Expand contractor and trade relationships with distributors and specifiers.
Embed sales process and CRM rigor; ensure pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
Field co-selling and strategic deals with distributors and contractors.
Build coverage and bench strength; recruit and onboard top sales talent.
Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations.
