Job summary

Eagle Aluminum is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (individual contributor) to own and grow revenue across the Southeast region, engaging architects, contractors, manufacturers and distributors.

You will operate independently, leveraging CRM/NetSuite while traveling about 50% to stay close to customers, attend trade shows, and build long-term relationships. This role offers a strong upside through performance-based commissions in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling in trades or field service industries.
• Stable/tenured experience in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Work from a target account list while developing new business.
• Travel regionally (≈50%) to stay close to customers.
• Attend and represent Eagle Aluminum at industry trade shows.
• Maintain daily engagement with customers (calls, visits, follow-ups).
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Operate independently and virtually with accountability.
• Use CRM / NetSuite to manage pipeline and activity.
• Provide market feedback to sales leadership on pricing, product trends, and opportunities.
