Qualifications

• 3+ years of field sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales team management.
• Proven track record leading high-output teams.
• Strong knowledge of territory management and CRM systems.
• Excellent skills in training, coaching, and team development.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).
• Provide daily coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Build and sustain a high-performance, goal-driven team culture.
• Manage daily field deployment and territory coverage.
• Optimize lead generation strategies and follow-up processes.
• Set, track, and drive KPIs for individuals and the team.
• Develop and iterate sales scripts, presentations, and messaging.
• Execute field sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Plan territory assignments and monitor coverage efficiency.
• Track and report key performance metrics to leadership.
