Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Graduated from bachelor’s degree program within the past two years.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services via telephone, internet, e‑mail, and fax.
• Builds relationships and tailors the sales approach to customer needs.
• Provides price and delivery quotes within customer timelines.
• Processes customer orders and ensures data accuracy.
• Maintains customer accounts and supports sales management with forecasting.
