The internship offers hands-on exposure to territory sales, retail execution, and consumer engagement while collaborating with experienced sales leaders. Participants will ride with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and retailer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
