Job summary

PMI U.S. invites undergraduates to join a 10-week Field Sales internship, June 2027 through August 2027. You will work in a Territory Sales Manager role, gaining hands-on experience in field sales, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial teams.

You'll participate in ride-alongs, analyze data, and contribute to territory growth while developing professional skills through mentorship and targeted projects with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
