Philip Morris International U.S. offers a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to provide hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations.

Interns will work with experienced sales leaders, spend time in the field, and contribute to territory growth and retailer engagement. The internship includes exposure to analytics, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on developing business insights and presenting findings to leaders

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders.
