Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites undergrad interns to join the Field Sales Summer 2027 program for a 10-week, hands-on experience across sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze territory data, support performance reviews, and present findings to leaders at the internship’s end; travel within the assigned territory is expected, and the program runs June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
