Job summary

Philip Morris International's U.S. branch invites undergraduates to join the Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027.

The 10-week internship offers hands-on experience through projects, professional development, and networking with peers and leaders across the organization. From June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
