Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in the Commercial organization.

The 10-week program runs June 7–Aug 13, 2027, with opportunities to work alongside Territory Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to drive territory growth. You'll analyze market trends, participate in ride-alongs, and present findings to leaders, developing leadership and data-driven business insight skills in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student orgs, athletics, work or community involvement.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
