Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations, with exciting projects and leadership exposure across the organization.

You’ll rotate with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth. Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027. Hybrid work; hourly pay of $30.00.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to use data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
