Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The program provides hands-on exposure to field sales, analytics, and commercial operations within the U.S.

It emphasizes practical learning via projects, professional development, and networking with leaders across PMI U.S. Interns will work in a hybrid setting, supporting territory growth, consumer engagement, and operational improvements while gaining real-world experience in sales strategy

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities or work experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects that improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
