Job summary

Philip Morris International's U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. This 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development, with meaningful projects and leadership exposure.

You will ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to territory growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams across PMI U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
