Job summary

The Keurig Dr Pepper Summer 2027 Intern – Field Sales Management in Tempe, AZ offers hands-on experience growing beverage brands and achieving sales objectives. You will work with distributor partners on promotions, displays and point-of-sale materials while developing account contacts and ensuring execution of plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time undergraduate student in junior year with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Majors include Business Administration or related field; able to work 40 hours/week.
• Strong communication, organization and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand and share growth and achieve volume objectives.
• Engage with distributor partners pre-selling promotions and point-of-sale materials.
• Develop and maintain customer account contacts to improve product availability.
• Monitor activities for compliance with contractual agreements.
• Create action plans to meet annual objectives.
