Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to provide hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

Interns will work with experienced sales leaders to translate strategic plans into marketplace results and will spend time in the field analyzing market trends and contributing to growth initiatives. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027 and pays $30.00 per hour.

• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
