Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a focus on field sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and develop actionable recommendations for territory growth. The internship provides real-world exposure, professional development, and networking with leaders across PMI U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
