PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States.

The Territory Sales Manager Intern will work closely with sales leaders, spending time in the field to learn how strategic plans translate into marketplace results and how retailer relationships drive performance. Gain hands-on experience in ride-alongs, data analysis, and project delivery while engaging with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
