Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales position for Summer 2027 in the Commercial organization. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking across the company, with projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

Interns will spend time in the field, analyze market trends, and present findings to leadership at the end of the internship. June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
