Jobot is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to develop and expand relationships with hospital clinicians, Supply Chain leaders, and other decision-makers across healthcare organizations. This field-based role drives territory growth through strategic account development, product demonstrations, and clinical expertise to support infusion therapy and oncology portfolios.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in medical device or healthcare sales, strong hospital networks, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with quota.
• Medical device/healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling infusion therapy, IV products, or related healthcare solutions preferred.
• Established relationships within regional hospitals or IDNs valued.
• Experience with hospital supply chain or value analysis teams preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Achieve territory sales quotas across infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty healthcare products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital clinicians, supply chain professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clinical and administrative audiences.
• Understand portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape.
• Provide consultative resource and clinical problem solving for customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce products into new departments.
