Auto-Chlor System is hiring an Outside Sales Representative - Hunter role in the Philadelphia area. The role focuses on in-person, relationship-driven sales across a defined territory from Atlantic City to Philadelphia, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and closing new business.

Base salary is $42,000 per year plus uncapped commission, with guaranteed commission during training. The position includes a company vehicle, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
• Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships.
